I had someone ask me if this was a website for dieters who run or jog. Nope, it’s not. It’s a website meant to discuss diets that are CONVENIENT. Because no one has time today to do tons of research, shopping, and preparation – at least I don’t. As I approach middle age, I’m very interested in improving my health, my energy, and my looks. But, I am also realistic. Because I have so many other responsibilities, I am probably not going to succeed if it requires too much for me.
So I focus on diets where the work is done for you. That is what the “on the run” means. It means busy people who constantly feel like they’re eating on the run. I hope that you find something helpful here and I hope that I save you time. You can spend hours researching this stuff, but my hope is that you won’t have to because I’ve helped digest some of it here.
